In Memory of Uday Salvi

It is with great sadness that CONSILIO Consulting America Inc. announces the passing of our colleague Uday Salvi, who died suddenly and unexpectedly on Jan 2nd 2026.

Uday joined CONSILIO only recently, yet from his very first day he made a lasting impression through his warmth, positivity, and remarkable dedication. Always smiling and fully present, he brought enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine kindness to every interaction—with colleagues and customers alike.

With a career spanning nearly three decades, Uday was a highly respected SAP professional with deep expertise across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, EWM, TM, IBP, APO, PP, QM, and related technologies. He worked across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, automotive, food and beverage, and electronics, contributing to complex global transformation programs for many leading organizations. Throughout his career, he served not only as a consultant and architect, but also as a mentor, team lead, and trusted advisor, always eager to share his knowledge and help others succeed.

What made Uday truly special was not only his vast experience, but his attitude. At a stage of life when many slow down, he remained deeply motivated, continuously curious, and committed to giving his very best every single day. His energy, reliability, and passion for learning were an inspiration to everyone around him.

Dominik Karosser, CEO of CONSILIO Consulting America Inc.

“Uday impressed us from the very first meeting with his positivity, presence, and genuine enthusiasm. He embodied the values we stand for at CONSILIO—professional excellence, continuous learning, and humanity. His sudden passing is a great loss for all of us, and he will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude."

Uday will be remembered as a dedicated professional, a generous mentor, and a warm, uplifting presence. He leaves behind a legacy of excellence, integrity, and kindness.

Our thoughts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time. Uday will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with him and meeting him.
