Since the previous system was already several years old and the company wanted to start the new era with a clean slate, management decided on a greenfield approach.
CONSILIO provided crucial support to competitor during their S/4HANA Implementation at the fischer group and, after delivering convincing performance, now takes full responsibility for subsequent SAP-related implementations and global rollouts.
