I graduated from the Technical University of Sofia in Telecommunications and Networking and obtained a Python Developer certification from Softuni, Sofia. Interested in challenging projects, I pursued a career in SAP. At CONSILIO, my days involve task organization, collaboration, and problem-solving for various businesses. The flexible remote work culture, alongside a welcoming team and transparent company culture, exceeded my expectations.
After graduating with a "Master of Business Informatics," I embarked on my career journey by joining a SAP consulting company in 2011. In 2018, I seized the opportunity to become the first employee in Sofia at CONSILIO. In my role, I am deeply involved in coding, technical analysis, project management, and interacting with customers. I find a perfect balance between working in the office and remotely from home to ensure optimal team support and efficiency. The open culture, flat hierarchy, and supportive colleagues at CONSILIO contribute significantly to my professional growth and job satisfaction.
My SAP journey began nearly 16 years ago as an internal consultant for a Bulgarian telecommunications company, where I was deeply involved in implementing the company's first SAP version. Now, as a Senior Technology Consultant at CONSILIO, I mentor junior colleagues and develop innovative solutions for clients, thriving in a dynamic and varied role. Our tight-knit team in Sofia fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, which, coupled with flexible working hours, allows me to balance work and family responsibilities effectively.
