Where did your SAP journey begin?
My SAP journey began nearly 16 years ago when I joined as an internal consultant for a Bulgarian telecommunications company. Supported by my IBM colleagues, we embarked on implementing the company's first SAP version. As a junior developer, I was deeply invested in this significant project. Over the years, I've continuously learned and grown with SAP, mastering new modules and adapting to evolving technologies. The constant innovation in SAP has kept me at the forefront of industry advancements and expanded my expertise.
What do you do at CONSILIO?
At Consilio, I serve as a Senior Technology Consultant. This role allows me to grow personally and professionally while mentoring junior colleagues. I enjoy helping them navigate new technologies and approaches. Each day at Consilio is dynamic and varied, involving client collaboration, innovative solution development, and ongoing support. This variety keeps me motivated and ensures I deliver the best outcomes for our team and clients.
What do you like most about your Job at CONSILIO?
As a woman and mother of two, I value the flexibility of working hours and having a home office. This flexibility helps me balance work and family responsibilities, improving my work-life balance. The diverse range of projects I've been involved in has been key to my professional development.
