Where did your SAP journey begin?
I graduated a "Master of business informatics". I first started in a SAP consulting company in 2011, driven by both opportunity and chance. Living near Walldorf, Germany, and knowing a friend at the company led me to discover the intriguing challenges and rewards of SAP consulting.
What do you do at CONSILIO?
Since joining Consilio in 2018 as the first employee in Sofia, my role has evolved. As a Managing Consultant since 2020, I lead a team, engaging in coding, technical analysis, project management, and customer interactions. My work week is divided between office and home office, allowing me to support my team in person while also leveraging remote work for efficiency.
What do you like most about your Job at CONSILIO?
What I appreciate most is the variety of projects, customers, and technical setups, which accelerate my learning experience. The open culture, flat hierarchy, and helpfulness of colleagues create a supportive environment. Flexible working hours, a hybrid model, and ample vacation days maintain a balanced and manageable workload.
